We respect the intellectual property rights of others and are in no habit of uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any materials that violate another party’s intellectual property rights. We respond to valid DMCA takedown requests promptly (within 3 work days).

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as soon as possible. 

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA team at the email address [email protected]. The counter-notification must include:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found;
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who provided the DMCA takedown notice or an agent of such person;
6. Your electronic or physical signature.
